• London, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
• New York, the United States of America

Representative offices perform the functions defined by the Bank, including:

• information and presentation activities
• creating a portfolio of investment proposals for Ukrainian corporate sector
• monitoring of financial markets, business trends, economic, legal, customs and tax matters, perspectives for development of relations between Ukrainian enterprises with partners from the UK and the USA
• broadening the field of cooperation of the Bank, establishing new and maintaining existing contacts with international financial organizations and banking institutions, financial institutions, investment funds of the UK and the USA and other countries having their place of business in London and New York
• providing advice and information support to customers of the bank on the possibility of cooperation with business and financial community of the UK and the USA
