Ms. Sylvia Yumi Gansser-Potts – Independent Member of the Supervisory Board

MBA in INSEAD, France, Université Paris Dauphine PSL, France, Universite Paris Sorbonne Nouvelle, France.

Background:

As a finance professional with over 30 years of international experience, Sylvia has focused on debt and equity finance in emerging markets, including investments in private equity funds. While working at the EBRD, she was responsible for managing teams in London and 18 countries in Central and South Eastern Europe in culturally and socially diverse business environments.

Over 15 years of experience in senior management positions in the banking sector, including being a Member of the Supervisory Board of Citadele Bank (Latvia) and EFSE (Luxembourg) and an Advisor to BlackPeak Capital.

Past roles include Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Obviam (Switzerland), Member of the Supervisory Board of Procredit Bank (Armenia).

She was appointed to the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukreximbank" JSC in May 2023.
