Ms. Viktoriya Strakhova – Member of the Supervisory Board, Representative of the State from the President of Ukraine

Education:

Received an education at the INSEAD business school, France under the International Directors Program and Global Management and Leadership programs (Certificate in Global Management);

Graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs with a master's degree in law and a diploma with honours.

Background:

Victoriya has over 20 years of professional experience in legal practice and work in financial markets.

Before her appointment at "Ukreximbank" JSC she worked as a professional consultant in the field of finance and law, corporate secretary of the largest bank of Ukraine, project manager of the financial sector reform of the National Reform Council project office, as an expert on legal and regulatory issues in USAID projects on the development of the financial sector.

Victoriya's professional experience also includes work in the largest international and Ukrainian agrarian and energy business groups, where she worked as a corporate finance lawyer, tax and insurance manager, as well as a financial project manager.

Victoriya was appointed to the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukreximbank" JSC in July 2019.
