Mr. Robert S. Kossmann – Independent Member of the Supervisory Board

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, North Texas State University, Denton, USA

Background:

Robert Kossmann is a banker with extensive international experience and 33 years of experience in retail banking and SME banking, having worked in Austria, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Georgia. He has spent more than 16 years working in Raiffeisen Bank International from 2004 to 2020 as Deputy Chairman of the Board for Retail/SME banking in Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine and as the Head of SME Risk in Vienna, Austria.

Starting in 2022, he joined Crystal Micro Finance Organization (Georgia) as an Independent Supervisory Board Member and Chairman of the Risk Committee. Additionally, since 2020, Robert has also been an advisor, mentor and angel investor to multiple fintech startups in Ukraine.

He was appointed to the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukreximbank" JSC in May 2023.
