Education:

Specialized Program for International Managers, Business Administration and Finance, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA. 

Civil Engineering Diploma with honours, Lviv Polytechnic, Ukraine.

Background:

Rostyslav has 25 years of international experience in banking and consulting, including senior management and board positions.

He has worked at Raiffeisen banking group (Austria) at the head office level, Raiffeisen Leasing, SREI Infrastructure Finance (India), and implemented projects for the KBC banking group (Belgium), the European Commission, and Intecracy Group.

Rostyslav has 10 years of experience working with international financial development institutions (EBRD, DEG/KfW, FMO, IFC), raising both debt and equity financing for infrastructure, energy efficiency and financial inclusion.

He originated and structured financing for infrastructure, energy, petrochemicals, telecommunications, construction, transport and international trade. He has knowledge of organizing the public-private partnerships.

Rostyslav runs his own financial/fintech consultancy business.

He was appointed to the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukreximbank" JSC in May 2023.
