Mr. Dominique Menu – Independent Member of the Supervisory Board, Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board

Education:

Nancy Business School, France, Master’s degree from Science-Po, France, Master’s degree from Yale, USA.

Background:

Dominique is a highly skilled banking professional with experience gained while working in Ukraine, France, the CIS and the Western Balkans.

He built most of his career at BNP, where he was involved in obtaining numerous mandates in aircraft financing and privatisations advisory mandates as well as establishment of representative offices and banks. He played a key role in the acquisition of JSC "Ukrsibbank" by BNP Paribas in 2005-2006. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukrsibbank". He has won three Eurobond mandates for Ukraine and arranged several export loans for the country.

In June 2019 Dominique was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of "Ukreximbank" JSC, whose Risk Committee he chaired.
