KAPKAN Oleg — Member of the Management Board

Education:

In 2007, graduated from Odesa National Economic University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.

In 2011, completed an internship in Corporate Credit Risk Management at Raiffeisen Bank International in Vienna, Austria.
In 2020, finished the pre-MBA programme of the European Business Association.

Career:

Began career in 2005 at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, working in sales for large corporate clients (managing the bank's strategic clients).

From 2008, assumed an executive role in credit analysis and risk management at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine.

From 2018, developed the corporate risk unit as Deputy Director of the Corporate Risk Department at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine.

Throughout his career, participated in numerous significant transformational projects. Is an experienced professional in risk management, improving banking processes, and has been actively involved in integrating EU financial sector best practices in collaboration with the National Bank of Ukraine.

On 2 July 2024, following an open competitive selection, Oleg Kapkan was selected as the winner of the competition and was appointed to the Management Board of “Ukreximbank” JSC as Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
