On 1 December 2021 JSC Ukreximbank completed the competitive selection on the provision of executive search services and signed the agreement with the іnternational organizational consulting Korn Ferry to facilitate the process of the selection of candidates for the post the bank’s CEO.

The choice of the globally reputable recruiting agency with an impeccable reputation was motivated by the supervisory board’s unwavering determination to ensure the highest degree of transparency and independence of the competitive selection process. 

Korn Ferry, which was one of the five international executive search companies invited by the supervisory board for the competition, is a No 1 company in executive search and organizational consulting globally. The firm operates in 111 offices in 53 countries worldwide and is the largest CEO search practice for banks and financial institutions in Europe.

The search of candidates by Korn Ferry will include deep psychometric scanning and assessment of leadership competencies based on the KF4D / KF Assess system, which gives the highest level of confidence in meeting the requirements of the position.

The search will be carried out by a team of experts mostly based in the regional headquarters in London, UK.  Andrew Simpson, Senior Client Partner of the Financial Services practice with over 20 years of experience in finding CEOs, will be leading the project.

Following the signing of the contract, the supervisory board is planning to officially announce the beginning of the open competition process no later than on 17 December, after which date all eligible candidates will have sufficient time to prepare and submit their applications for the position.

The results of the open competition process will be announced no later than 18 March 2022.
