In September of this year, Ukreximbank's monthly operating profit exceeded UAH 533 million, which has become record-breaking value for the entire period of its operation since 1992, according to the Bank management accounting systems.

The outstanding result was achieved due to the process of systemic transformation of the Bank started last year, the structure of its balance sheet, thorough restructuring of the business model, active work with problem assets and a balanced approach to the formation and control of operating costs.

The bank performance indicator - the ratio of operating costs to income ratio (cost to income ratio) - at the end of September was 27%, and since the beginning of the year - 40%. This means that the operating costs of the Bank (personnel costs, administrative costs, etc.) for one earned hryvnia are 27 and 40 kopecks, respectively.

"In addition to the efficiency dynamics growth, the ratio of net interest and non-interest income in the structure of net operating income of the Bank also significantly improved in September," said Sergii Iermakov, Acting Chairman of the Management Board of Ukreximbank.
