Based on the 2016 results, Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (JSC Ukreximbank) has been awarded by Citibank N.A., New York, for the US Dollar international payments. This time, the JSC Ukreximbank became the sole bank in Ukraine to receive the honored Award.

During 2016, the state bank assured the high execution quality of payments by SWIFT in accordance with the international automated straight through processing (STP) requirements. The high-quality international settlements processing by the JSC Ukreximbank allowed increase of the rates of the automated commercial and interbank STP operations to respective 98.8% and 98.6% of the settlements executed via Citibank account, the level aspired by the leading global banks. This is the rationale of the excellence recognition of outgoing payments by the major Ukreximbank US Dollar correspondent, a reputable financial institution among the four largest American banks and ten largest banks globally.
