State-owned Ukreximbank has completed a competitive selection for certain vacant positions in the bank's Management Board. Following the results of the open competitive selection, two highly qualified professionals with years of experience in the banking sector will join the bank’s Management Board.

Oleg Kapkan has been selected as the winner of the competition for the position of the Management Board member responsible for risk management (CRO). Oleg has over 13 years of banking experience. For the last 6 years, he held the position of Deputy Head of Corporate Risk Department at Raiffeisen Bank. Oleg Kapkan will start work in the respective position after the approval of his candidacy by the National Bank of Ukraine.

Viktoriia Masna has been selected as the winner of the competition for the position of the Management Board member responsible for interbank and investment activities and relations with international financial institutions. Viktoria has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. For more than 3 years, she held the position of Head of International Financial Institutions Programs Department at “Ukreximbank” JSC. Viktoriia Masna will start work in the relevant position on July 8.
