State-owned Ukreximbank has completed the competitive selection for certain vacant positions in the leadership team of the Bank’s Management Board. Based on the results of the competitive selection, three highly qualified professionals will join the Management Board upon the approval of the candidates by the National Bank of Ukraine.

Pavel Haškovec has been selected as the winner of the competition for the position of a Member of the Management Board (NPL Officer). Pavel brings over 25 years of managerial experience in the banking sectors of Ukraine, Austria, Italy, Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic.

Maksym Zemlianyi has been selected as the winner for the position of a Member of the Management Board (Chief Operational Officer). Maksym has over 20 years of leadership experience in the banking sector in Ukraine, including successfully enhancing operational resilience during the full-scale military invasion.

Svitlana Agieieva has been selected the successful candidate for the position of a Member of the Management Board (Chief Financial Officer). Svitlana is an experienced financial planning and analysis director with over 10 years of experience in European and Ukrainian banks.

Pavel Haškovec, Maksym Zemlianyi and Svitlana Agieieva will take office upon the approval by the National Bank of Ukraine.
