Oleksandr Ignatenko, Member of the Management Board of “Ukreximbank” JSC, resigned from his position on his own initiative on August 16, 2023.

The Management Board of “Ukreximbank” JSC, as a permanent executive body responsible for the current management of the Bank, continues to fully exercise its powers.

Oleksandr Ignatenko was appointed to position of member of the Management Board on March 30, 2020 and was responsible, in particular, for the implementation of the Bank's strategy in terms of development of corporate customers segment.

As of July 01, 2023, “Ukreximbank” JSC* is:

• No. 1 in the banking market in terms of corporate loan portfolio (UAH 74.6 billion);
• No. 1 in terms of deposits from legal entities (UAH 141.9 billion);
• Leader in terms of the loan portfolio under IFI programmes (UAH 6 billion).

The Bank's profit for the first half of 2023 amounted to about UAH 2 billion, which is twice as much as in the same period of 2021.
