The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed new independent members of the Supervisory Board of “Ukreximbank” JSC by Resolution No. 474-p dated May 30, 2023.

The independent members of the Bank’s Supervisory Board are Sylvia Yumi Gansser-Potts, Razvan Munteanu, Robert S. Kossmann, Rasih Engin Akçakoca, Dominique Menu and Rostyslav Futalo.

The term of office of the members of the Supervisory Board is three years from the date of taking office. To take office, the members of the Supervisory Board of “Ukreximbank” JSC shall also be approved by the National Bank of Ukraine.
